Shipping and Return Policy – LESSOAN

1. Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed on www.lessoan.ro are delivered by express courier throughout Romania.
The standard delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days from payment confirmation.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically and displayed before the final order confirmation.
For products with special delivery conditions or limited stock, the delivery time may be extended. In such cases, the customer will be notified by email or phone.
The products remain the property of EXPERT BEAUTY TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. until full payment has been received.
If the customer refuses or fails to collect the parcel upon delivery, the order may be automatically returned to the sender. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

2. Order Cancellation
The customer may request the cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by contacting us via email at info@romspa.ro or by phone at 0742 663 962.
If the order has already been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with the Return Policy.

3. Return and Refund Policy
In accordance with applicable legislation, including Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and Law no. 449/2003, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.
Returned products must be undamaged, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Unsealed or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
To initiate a return, the customer must send a withdrawal notification by email to office@lessoan.ro or by using the contact form available on the website.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date the returned products are received and verified, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases where the products are defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Payment Security
All online payments are processed through the euPlătesc.ro payment processor, using a secure 3D Secure system.
Card details are not stored by the LESSOAN website and are processed exclusively by the secure serveriniez
